Calis beach is about 15 minutes away and can also be accessed by the local dolmus which is an inexpensive way to get around.

There are 2 good-sized shared swimming pools with sun-bathing areas. The garden is planted with orange and lemon trees, bouganvillia, palm trees and roses and there is a car parking area.

Both the ground floor level and the 1st floor have an open-plan kitchen and salon which are comfortably furnished with sofabeds & armchairs with a television. The salon has its own large balcony. The kitchen has cooker with hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. 2 large bedrooms both with air-con. The bathroom has shower and washing machine. The 2nd floor (top) has an air-con bedroom with 2 single beds & television. The separate bathroom has a shower.

The ground floor has an open-plan salon & kitchen.. The salon is furnished with armchairs, sofas and has a fireplace and television . The kitchen is fully fitted as above. The first floor has 2 large ensuite bedrooms 1 with jaccuzzi and 1 with a bath. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and both have large balconies. The top floor has a large ensuite bedroom with a shower.

The villas and apartments are cleaned and linens are changed once a week.
